• Record and release music using the beat for commercial purposes
• Sell your recordings on all platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, etc.)
• Perform live with your recordings at venues and events
• Create music videos and monetize them on YouTube and other platforms
• License your recordings to third parties (TV, films, commercials, etc.)
• Distribute unlimited copies of your final recordings

License Restrictions

While you receive full commercial rights to your final recordings, the following restrictions apply to the original beat:

• You cannot resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original beat file
• You cannot claim ownership of the original beat composition
• You cannot register the beat with performing rights organizations as your own work
• You must credit EdgeG Beats as the producer in your recordings (see Section 4)

2. Exclusivity & Resale Policy

Non-Exclusive Licensing

All beat licenses are non-exclusive, meaning:

• The same beat may be licensed to multiple artists
• EdgeG Beats retains all rights to continue licensing the beat
• Your license remains valid regardless of other artists using the same beat

No Resale of Original Beats

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling the original beat files to other artists or producers
• Uploading beats to beat-selling platforms or marketplaces
• Sharing beat files for others to create music with
• Using beats in remix contests or beat battles without permission

3. Payment & Licensing Process

Payment Terms

• All sales are final - no refunds after download delivery
• Payment must be completed in full before beat download access is granted
• All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice
• PayPal processing fees are included in the listed price

Download & Delivery

• Beat downloads are available immediately after successful payment
• Download links are valid for 30 days after purchase
• You are responsible for backing up your purchased files
• Lost files may be re-delivered for a $10 administrative fee

4. Credit Requirements

Suggested Credit Format

If you choose to include credits, the following format is appreciated:

• Digital releases: "Produced by EdgeG Beats" in track metadata and album credits
• Physical releases: "Produced by EdgeG Beats" in liner notes or album credits
• Music videos: "Beat by EdgeG Beats" in video description or end credits
• Social media: Tag @edgegbeats or mention edgegbeats.com

• Supports the growth of EdgeG Beats
• May lead to future collaboration opportunities
• Shows professionalism in your releases

Note: Credits are appreciated but not mandatory. Your license remains valid regardless of whether you include producer credits.

5. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities: Using beats in connection with illegal activities or to promote illegal acts
• Resale or redistribution: Selling or sharing the original beat files (you own rights to your final recordings, not the original beat)
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to recreate or extract the original beat elements to resell as new beats

What You CAN Do

Beyond the above restrictions, you have complete creative freedom to:

• Create music of any genre, style, or content
• Express any viewpoints, opinions, or artistic vision
• Use beats for any commercial or non-commercial purpose
• Modify, remix, or adapt the beats as you see fit
• Combine beats with any legal samples or content
• Use beats for experimental or avant-garde projects

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Ownership Rights

• EdgeG Beats retains full ownership of all original beat compositions
• You own the copyright to your vocal recordings and lyrics
• Joint ownership applies to the final master recording
• Neither party may take action that would harm the other's rights

Copyright Registration

• You may register your final recordings with copyright offices
• Registration should list both you and EdgeG Beats as rights holders
• You cannot register the beat composition separately from your recording

7. Quality Guarantee & Technical Support

Quality Standards

• All beats are delivered in high-quality WAV format (44.1kHz/24-bit minimum)
• Beats are professionally mixed and mastered
• Files are tested for quality before delivery

Technical Support

• Email support available for download and technical issues
• Response time: 24-48 hours during business days
• Replacement files provided for technical defects

8. Limitation of Liability

EdgeG Beats' liability is limited as follows:

• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific beat
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• No liability for lost profits or business opportunities
• No warranty regarding commercial success of your recordings

9. Termination & Violation

License Termination

Your license may be terminated for:

• Using beats in connection with illegal activities
• Resale or unauthorized distribution of original beat files
• Reverse engineering beats to create competing products
• Failure to pay for purchased beats

Consequences of Termination

• You must cease all use of the licensed beats
• You must remove all recordings from distribution
• No refund will be provided for terminated licenses
• Legal action may be pursued for damages

10. Updates & Modifications

EdgeG Beats reserves the right to:

• Update these Terms of Service at any time
• Modify licensing terms for future purchases
• Change pricing and available beats
• Update website functionality and features

Notice of Changes: Significant changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes
